STRINGS.CODEX.KELPPLANT.BODY.CONTAINER1
Seakombs are hyperefficient photosynthesizers. While most plants grow towards the light, this aquatic fern's needs are so low that it can prioritize other survival needs.
It sprouts on the ceiling of liquid-filled caves, its tendrils reaching down to brush passing critters. This contact encourages critters to consume the plant and excrete the fertilizer that supports its continued growth.
