On [REDACTED], you signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), referred to henceforth as the "Agreement," which established strict and legally binding confidentiality obligations regarding your participation in the [REDACTED] Renewal Project.
We have reason to believe that certain confidential information covered under this Agreement has been disclosed to an unauthorized third party and competing facility. This constitutes a direct violation of the terms you agreed to uphold.
Therefore, you are required to immediately:
<indent=10%>1. Desist from further using or disclosing any or all of the Confidential Information mentioned in the Agreement;
2. Deliver to us any materials currently in your possession or with any agent, employee, representative, affiliate, or individual that you have given copies; and
3. Deliver to us a written undertaking that you will desist forthwith from using or disclosing the Confidential Information, other than what is in accordance with the Agreement, and seek our express written consent for any future use or disclosure.</indent>
We expect your acknowledgment of this letter and your response to our requests by [REDACTED]. Failure to respond by this date will leave us with no choice but to pursue legal remedies to enforce the Agreement.
