Low Decor can increase Duplicant Stress. Thankfully, pretty things tend to increase the Decor value of an area. Each Duplicant has a different idea of what is a high enough Decor value. If the average Decor that a Duplicant experiences in a cycle is below their expectations, they will suffer a stress penalty.
